@ragadely, both of these players happen to have been cut yesterday from recent high-quality sources so the cuts you've posted can't be considered as improvements.
Moreover, have a look at this thread for guidelines on what we look for in our cuts and how these outcomes can be achieved. The ones you posted are decent cuts but they can be tweaked slightly to be even better.
This one has a bit of snow around the head and both images aren't fully upright but tilted slightly to one side. Chilwell's cut doesn't have a collar either.
