@77david54, please remember to crop your source before putting it through remove.bg, as demonstrated in the tutorial videos you've been linked it. This ensures that cuts retain the sharpness of the original source. This one in fact is slightly more blurry than the original source image, which is a pity due to its quality.
Secondly, it contains a bit of snow. You can see this by clicking on the cut, which shows it on a dark background and where you can clearly see that the hair edges are a different colour to the rest of the hair.
Care should be taken to avoid snow on cuts as much as possible as it is very evident in-game on a dark skin.. This short and easy-to-understand video shows a good method of how to quickly spot and clean snow.

I am a beginner. I wanted to try but i doubted the result. That ' s why this source is in submission.
Otherwise i cut the image first , then i resize in 250 X 250 pixels , then i put the image in remove.bg.
The problem may be that i am using " paint 3d ". Maybe that " paint 3d " descreases the resolution of the image. I also use " windows photo editor ". And " remove.bg " to erase the background.
I am not registered to remove.bg. So i only take the preview and not the HD image which seems to be paying ( one credit = one HD image ).
The loss in quality may be due to this ?
I will watch the video to erase the snow in the hair.

Watch the video for remove.bg again. It is completely free and you do not need to be registered. But the free version downsizes the cut-out image to 500x500 (or equivalent dimensions). That is why you should crop the source to around the face area before putting it through remove.bg. In that way, the quality of the source is maintained and the output of remove.bg is usable 🙂
As also already recommended, paint 3d is not a very good tool. Use photopea instead. As explained, its functions are almost completely identical to Photoshop. I understand that at the start you might find it difficult to see how to do what you need to do, but there are a lot of tutorials for Photoshop on YouTube so have a look at them and use the same methods.
The video tutorial for photopea posted elsewhere explains all you need to do anyway, so do watch it carefully and have another go at it 😉
I crop well the source to around the face area before putting it through remove.bg.
I was not sure but apparently , from what you explained to me , the loss of quality comes from " paint 3d ".
Paint 3d is an antique but it is very easy to access.
Now i understand that with high quality source i have to use photopea.com.
I will watch video on youtube preferably in French to improve myself and have the basics to use photopea.com.
Thank you.
