@Nassim Fasihi, please have a look at the guidelines in this thread on how to make a good cut-out, especially the fact that there should be no more than 2-3 pixels beneath the chin in every cut.
I suggest using remove.bg to get an initial draft cut, since the edges of your cuts have no hair detail whatsoever.
