@joshu19, I promise I'm not picking on you but as you're still starting out, it's important to get your technique sorted out to ensure your cuts are as good as they can be.
If the source image is small, then the final cut will not be very sharp, as is the case for all this pack. This is why it's so important to make sure your cuts come from the biggest and best possible sources. A cut can only be as good as the source it comes from.
For example, a simple Google Image search for “Leon Balogun qpr” provides this image, which will result in a better and sharper cut than this one:
