@Smiis If you upload a source as .PNG instead of .png, the cut will be .PNG as well and the game won't read it. Something to look out for đź‘Ť
Edit: I assume you cropped this one with the windows tool or something, then it automatically comes out as .PNG for some reason, maybe try a different cropping tool.
