Good work @CropZ, try and crop a bit closer to the chin when possible. Care should be taken to avoid the chicken-neck effect and so all cuts should include a little bit of collar. At the same time, the ideal cut only contains 2-3 pixels beneath the chin. Since in some sources, the person in the image may have a longer neck than usual, this would be quite difficult to achieve naturally.
Edit: I've had to reject a few cuts because of this, which is a pity because the cut is otherwise very cut and the source is good enough to accommodate the above requirement quite easily. Here's how to do it easily and quickly, for future reference:
Also, when you have a lot of images to upload, it might be easier to do so as a pack rather than individually as it'll take you less time and effort, and it also saves me a lot of time in terms of having to download every single image individually to add them to the megapack.
This is how easy it is:
All right thanks @mons, I'll try to re-edit them a bit, or are you already doing that since you put it on pending?

I'm not working on them, no. Pending means available for cutting, if you're cutting them, it's considered a good idea to click the I'm working on this button beforehand to avoid the possibility of somebody else working on it at the same time without knowing 😉
I could crop them and tweak them, but that'll mean they'll be in a smaller size than 250x250, so they would need to be upscaled to that size, which means they'd lose a bit of sharpness. It's better to re-cut them from scratch.
I'll work on this one quickly so you see what I mean 😉
