@Shelbys, before doing any more cuts, please be sure to read the guidelines again, carefully this time. Images are to be rotated before being cropped.
Moreover, I've already told you, only this morning, that if the source is small or poor, then the cut should be in 180x180, otherwise aim for 250x250.
Also, don't leave such large empty gaps above the head and avoid cropping too much below the chin, as in some of the cuts in these 2 packs. 2-3 pixels in each case is sufficient.
