@leoleng93, when a source image is as poor as this, it's best not to cut it at all if the eventual cut is just going to be a blurry mass of pixels.

Also, is there any particular reason why only a few of these are in 250x250? If a source image is of a low quality, it should be cut in 180x180, but otherwise cut dimensions should be in 250x250. Several of these look like they could have come from sources which would have easily led to 250x250.

For any cut, we want the image to be cropped no more than 2-3 pixels beneath the chin, i.e. much closer than images like this one 👍

Before uploading any more cuts, please take the time to have a close look at the guidelines from this thread and to make sure all future cuts abide with them 👍
