Alright, I've made sure of everything before submitting this one, size is 250x250 and the image is good quality
and the cut I've made sure of every detail in the cut to make it as perfect as possible,
I think it will look better if you shorten the neck

Without knowing what the original source looks like, it's always a bit hard to tell but there does seem to be hardly any details at all in the hair. Also, as Sergio has rightly said, we prefer our cuts to be much closer to the chin. In cases where neck is a bit too long to also display a bit of collar, there is a quick and easy technique demonstrated in the guide to cutting thread on how to slightly nudge the collar upwards in order to accommodate both requirements. There's also a very small amount of snow at the top of the hair.

2 and 3 look better than the others imo
@AhmedCendan, please don't use image enlarging tools on sources that you find. Using an AI image enlarger just “guesses” what certain pixels should look like when you make the image larger, and the result looks blurry/out of focus on certain details, with unrealistically smoothened skin, and unnatural looking hair/beard/eye/teeth details.

Mons I only use that method with pics/faces already close to the camera but just a ”little bit” blurry, it just help enhancing the facial features a slightly bit more, this slight adjustment is highly needed since a lot of players lack good pictures and some even lack an existing cut, but I never would use it on pictures that would make it not seem natural
for this image for example I can back up my claim and send you the source I used if you still can’t believe me

Well, the top of the hair looks fuzzy, as does anything from the chin down, while the facial hair is out of focus. It does look unnatural and it's not worth cutting, frankly.
If you need to enlarge the source, and enlarging then makes it look like this, then it's not an improvement image, sorry.
The original source was good enough to get a workable cut from @AhmedCendan. Just don't use image enlarging tools, at all.

Fair enough, thanks for the clarification mona
