Not bad @Daniel Pallett, but it's not quite ready to be added to the megapack. Firstly, the dimensions should be either 250x250 or 180x180. You should also try to crop a fair bit closer to the chin leaving no more than 2-3 pixels beneath. In cases where the collar is lower down or the neck is overly long, here's a method on how to nudge the collars upwards to include them in your cropped version.
