Hi @mons,I read your message about the image of Roger Wittmann Director of the Académico de Viseu and I saw your criticism that I accepted with pleasure, because we who belong to a community have to accept criticism and be humble... I made a point of bringing to your message chat a photo cut out of it by me because I saw a better image on the internet that is the one here... I really was and am interested in learning how to make faces but sometimes the images and cutouts don't match

No offense @Ibarra, but your cuts are invariably terrible, despite repeated guidance and feedback. Give us the source images and let us deal with them ourselves.
