Not great but if it's ok for you..
Nothing wrong with the cut per se, but is there a particular reason why you have darkened it and lost the "colours" from the original source? Generally speaking, unless the colours in the source image are completely awry due to a filters or lighting, then I prefer to have the colours left as is
P.S. That said, feel free to tweak it and upload it as a completed cut, though.
