It very much depends on the original source. Care to share?
That's not a very good source, with the top of the hair, the very bottom of the chin and the collar all missing, so it's hardly worth cutting and I don't think it'll result in an improvement imo.
That said, if you put it through remove.bg, you'd get a better cut than the original request whose edges are cut quite harshly and without any hair details at all.
Thanks mate, i'm going to practice on a better source. Any tips removing snow @mons Watched ronan's tutorial and it's a bit outdated, photoshop has advanced since.

The buttons and icons on Photoshop may have changed but I'm still using that technique. It's quick, it's easy and it's effective
