Good cut @mittadj, but try to avoid cropping the shoulders so far from the full width of the canvas. See this post for a better explanation 😉
I'm aware that it might be the fault of the original source which might have been cropped in that way, but in cases like that, just use clone stamp to ‘recreate’ the missing bit. I'll do it when I have a bit of time so you can see what I mean 😉
