If you're not using Photoshop, deselecting the collar and turning the hue all the way down on green (Ctrl+U) on photopea will do most of the same exercise 👍

It's really not hard at all. Load the image in photopea, lasso both collars using the unite function

 

 

right-click on the transparent bit and select the inverse (so that the whole image apart from the collars is selected:

 

 

Click ctrl+u and select the green range and take the saturation bar right down to 0. Repeat the same with yellow but not necessarily down to 0 in this case.
