The shirt is standard Nike teamwear (Park VII), just with a stripe printed on and Viterbese's Lion logo in the bottom corner, so it should be easy enough

If there isn't a recent source that's of the same quality (or better) as the current cutout, then there's not really much point to making a request - unless the player's appearance changes significantly or the current cutout is very old it won't be an improvement.

More often than not, you can change or remove the text after .jpg, .png, .jpeg, etc. In this case you can just change the "h=***" and "w=***".

What do you mean? I don't have access to Photoshop to check properly, but there doesn't seem to be much wrong with it when looking at it on Photopea.

The cutout looks fine to me as well; maybe it could be a little sharper but otherwise it's acceptable @77david54

Better, but maybe a little *too* sharp around the edges so 50% Amount might be better for sharpening your cutout. Additionally, if you're sharpening a cutout (or an image with transparency in general) I'd recommend ticking this box which "locks" transparent pixels, as there was some ghosting/artefacts around the edges.

The source image is definitely sharper/less blurry than the resulting cutout. Is your cutting process much different to how mons shows in these videos?

strange.. tried to sharpen them with Topaz Sharpen before sending away
also used no other programs exception of photoshop

You might have better sharpness by using Filter > Sharpen > Smart Sharpen, with settings like this:
Change the Amount until you're happy with the result (larger images might require a larger Amount), only increase Radius if you're sharpening a large source image, most of the time Reduce Noise should be kept to 10% or less to avoid excessive smoothening that removes details.

It contains 6,596 new or improved images and takes the total MP image count to 293,776. Thanks as always to our proficient and prolific cutting team, which is small in number but large in endeavour.

Were these cutouts uploaded to the website? Searching for "in megapack" cutouts still doesn't show them.

You don't need to create a selection from the layer when you rotate it. I'm not fully sure how image transforms work in GIMP as I use Photoshop, but if it works the same then creating a selection from the layer is what is causing the artefacts. Just having the layer active in the layers panel is enough.
