He actually wouldn't. The way Vela is standing in that image always makes the cut to look a bit awkward. I centralized Vela's cut though (edited in my last post). But let me do a little rotation then

EDIT:
You were right. I could get couple of pixels of his shirt visible on the left too. Had to crop a bit more below the chin than I'd like to, but I suppose it's better to have those few pixels of shirt visible. Edited the original posts with the fixed cut too so it doesn't get confusing.

Jubez if the shirt is low and player has a long neck you can always do something like showed here http://sortitoutsi.net/forums/topic/360/guide-to-cutting-and-assorted-hints-tips-and-assistance?page=4#comment_112280

It was kinda challenging, but tell me what you guys think of it.

Good cut. But looking on bright background you can see a bits of neck and some shirt that was also deleted. It's visible on white background also.
