I'm not a Vasco fan, but I'm from the team that developed the kits for Brazil, this seal is commemorative to honor the Olympic athletes who belong to the club.

Your skins are great, very good, the best.
You should put an option on the scoreboard, where only the team name and the club's emblem appear, and on the clock.... when you change the option to 45 minutes plus extras, fit in the corresponding space.

On top of that your megapack is pretty outdated with kits from 2018 to 2020, it's an update junk.
