You know what's funny? If I download the face via "Submission Search" and replace the file in the folder: BOOM.

But I'm not going to do that for 480 thousand faces. I've wasted the whole day trying to solve this problem. I'm really disappointed. I want to know where the error is, since I did everything right.

Moved this to here, because it's the right place for it.

a) as explained, you shouldn't just download the 2025.04 update pack. You should download the 2025.00 update pack, and then the 2025.01 to 2025.04 update pack and install them chronologically. After downloading the full 2025.00 pack, you downloaded the 2025.00 update pack (which you didn't need) and just the 2025.04 update pack.
b) When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere.

Can you make a search in the graphics folder of 1431 (the UID of this guy)?

Before you take a screenshot, can you sort the results in the manner outlined below?

This can be achieved by posting the UID in the red circle, choosing the view tab via the blue circle, the details option in the black circle and making sure the folder column in the green circle is long enough to display the full path.

When you run the search, can you change the below search options?

This will help me see if there is one or more other folders in your user data folder which contains one or more other facepacks, and where that image is coming from within your files…

It's funny cuz this only guy have a face. All of them not.

I only have the megapack here. I tried to download the updates but I couldn't because I live in Brazil, and there was an IP limit problem, btw.

You can use just the 2025.00 megapack with no problems. You don't need the update packs, but why would you not get them if you can?

I downloaded the megapack, followed all the installation steps in the video and it didn't work. The faces look like in the image.

I thought it was the config, so I did the FMXML config, it's still the same. I don't know what to do anymore. I'm very disappointed because I wasted a few hours of my day on this. Could you help me?

Going by your download history, you haven't downloaded the full pack, but only an update pack. Download the full pack, then update it with the update packs, and you'll be fine 👍

Same problem here but I downloaded the Full Pack 2025. I really need the update packs? Man, this spend 5 hours. I'm not joking. FIVE HOURS. I'm tired. All the faces are blank.

Try fluts skin, there is an 18 version

I tried all skins but my laptop has a small resolution. Only “Wannachup Instant Result” works because just have the button. Hahaha! It's sad.

Hello! I'm still on version 18 because my laptop can't run the latest FMs, so I wanted to make a request: Could someone configure a skin for me?

The skins are also buggy on my laptop. I just want the players' faces to appear in the tactics and the Instant Result. That's it, nothing else. Could someone do me this favor?

I saw this in Wannachup's skins (I use the Dark theme but it doesn't have Instant Result) and the Instant Result skin doesn't have the players' faces appearing in the tactics. I don't want so many changes to the original FM skin, just these two are fine for me.

Yeah, it was tricky to find this one I searched for "Robinho Bragantino" on twitter and luckily somebody had posted a screenshot from his instagram account showing the username, so searching on multiple sites (including facebook as well) is often useful for lesser-known players.

I won't be able to search for higher quality sources for every request you make - you'll have to do some of the searching yourself In the future, I recommend looking for the players' social media accounts as the sources I've posted for your previous requests are mostly from their instagram pages. In this case, there weren't great quality recent photos for the player, these are the best I can find

@Victor Marinho Although the current cutout isn't great, the one you've uploaded is only 180px and can still be improved upon. Maybe one of these sources will be good enough? @mons

And if the player isn't in the megapack, then you request him as a missing request not an improvement request
