Don't remove the nations logos folder. Just copy the all the files (flags) from the “normal” flags folder to the “team” folder in nation logos folder (important: minus the config file). 

 

I needed to do it to the nation logos medium and small folders as well for it to completely work.  Thank you for your help.

I'm trying to get the flags working properly in game but sometimes it uses the default flags.  The small ones work fine and the large ones do too on the nation page but the ones at the top or in the next match panel do not.  It also shows the default flags on the player pages next to the players face.  I've also included the netherlands one because for some reason it shows the logo instead even though I removed nations logos from the graphics folder.

 

Anybody know how to get the metallic logos to work for all flags please?

Nope. I only have one. Strangely though, it has started working without me doing anything since the last attempt. I had the same issue with the graphics as well where only one team of a kit pack worked, Next time I look and all but one work and then eventually they all worked and the only thing I done was keep refreshing the cache as everything seemed to be right.

I have a feeling fm 16 is going to be temperamental. Thanks for your help anyway

I do have an issue though. I always like to have everything set up and ready to go before I start a game, however when starting a new game I notice that the German club teams still have their fake names. I placed the name fix folder in the "Football Manager 2016\editor data" folder (I had to create the "editor data" folder as there was not one already). I've tried deleting the folders and starting again but I still get the same issue.

Any idea what I have done wrong?
