I right click on the picture and save it as PNG but is still does recognize it in the FMconfigurator, would it not be easier to get everybody to post them in PNG format?

To add my tuppence's worth to the chin cropping argument, it's really personal preference at the end of the day. A pixel here and there won't make that big a difference in terms of image quality. I personally prefer having a pixel or two beneath the chin, but it's not a deal-breaker...

The thing I most agree with is that little to no space is left between the top of the head/hair and the top of the cut-out.

I get same problem but if I use Google chrome then it saves as png or else rename the jpg part.png

I'll try leave an extra pixel or 2 but you need big heads with all these crazy haircuts players have way up above the head or you end up with a really tiny dome like most of the neymar ones for example. ive had no problem with any game so far cutting off the chin and it would be easy to check on the beta that's out if its going to chop some off this year. every1 has their own preference I suppose

most of use the Steklo skin anyway which has always been OK. Also if a player changes club you don't wana see a big shirt of his last team or you will get silly requests to recut him in his new shirt

much better Miksa with this pack. your getting there. still a few we mistakes. heads need rotated so they face straight on. use free transform for that. and necks abit big use pen tool to go around the shirt and move it behind the players neck then crop. a few we gaps on players hair when viewed against white background zoom in to see those better and 1 or 2 on black had a touch of snow. but definitely much better!

the edges are rough and too much neck. what programme are you using?

all my images png,not jpg.

must be internet explorer just. tried it on chrome and it worked. but its only your images that do it.... wierd

for bald players i just skip the quick selection and refine edge tool and go straight to unlocking the layer then use pen tool you will get a better image then do the rest as normal
