correct - C:\Users\[name]\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2021\graphics\3D kits\put in 3d league packs

and
make sure - unticked 'Use caching to decrease page loading times & tick 'Reload skin when confirming changes in Preferences ?

It doesn't work for me as well.
