Was given a fix to try and it worked 🙂:

Log in to Steam and Right Click on Football Manager 23. Select Properties and select Local Files
Click on Verify Integrity Games Files This may take a few mins (I had a couple of files that needed to be re implemented which was done automatically)
Close the box and go to play Football Manager 2023

This worked for me, is now loading up as before. So pleased and grateful for the advice. I wouldn't have known what to do otherwise.

Hello, I've done this for the recent update I'm having the same issue, but I've done what you've said but they still pop up, is there any other ways to stop it happening please
