secondly why are you quoting a deleted user account

As above I manually set the account to Premium, he wasnt showing as Premium before that

I have upgraded you manually now

there must be a glitch in the system as you show to have paid and have prem membership

Confirmed you did not have permission to do this so you are banned 

any other users caught passing on others files without permission or passing on others work stating it is theirs will be banned

why are you quoting a user who has deleted their account?

one post was enough mate 

that xml link is nothing to do with the data update-they are only fmf files, that is something you have put in your editor data folder somehow

delete everything in that folder so its empty

start a new save  game,exit game

 it should generate a new xml file in that folder

now add the files you want to the editor data folder and start again

that config is not a xml file , thats a link not a file

it should look like this

The opening post of the linked thread says he is added so post there

as  highlighted in your opening post, you are directing that for SI staff ‘’someone from the game staff has to do something'' if you feel there is an issue then post on the SI forums, they wont see it here

I will move to general forum and this is the data update thread

if there isnt a FFP reason for your club/ban you will need to start a new save it cant be resolved in game

FYI when using any Mod/combination of Mods you need to test in game prior to starting a save. I create the files I use so know what are in them

I usually test for 10 seasons making sure all comps start correctly and look for issues

eg- I picked out a bug where nations in Africa stopped picking players not playing in Africa for all nation comps-I hadnt edited any African comps apart from WC Qualifiers 

NB you have a massive amount of changes/edits to the original DB- which SI have stated can cause random bugs to appear,so it may be worth reporting there
