Some questions have been asked about making clubs/nations only sign homegrown players, this is a workaround and isnt guaranteed to fully work but it will really limit transfer activity

there are things you can try such as making squad rules all homegrown/no foreigners etc and you can set this to a league/comp or individual clubs only

[also in the transfer window dates you can set it that for a set period/window/or always that clubs in a certain league can only sign domestic based players ]

you would have to add rules to domestic club comps too IMO to make clubs not sign overseas players for cups

set the number of players to suite your needs, even set match squad rules if you want this should help with stopping clubs signing non homegrown players…however clubs may well still sign 1 or 2 foreign players perhaps for continental comps so you may have to set up rules there too

However you can limit transfer activity for a NATION by setting the rating to -1 i.e. no transfer activity just add the continent/regions accordingly …but note this imposes restrictions on the whole nation note just a club/league as yo u can do in the earlier method above

you can impose specific rules to  a league via fixture rules index(see advanced rules sticky thread) to only have homegrown players in a squad/match squad so in ‘’theory'' the wont but any overseas players if they do they can only use them in continental comps 

these workarounds will assist you have a play around see what suite your needs run a few sims in game see how the transfer activity goes

Bit of confusion with English not being your main language but we will get there😉

you cant open a saved game in the editor …you can open an edited file in the editor 

Brentford win and now in second I feel that place will change hand several times between watford them and swans its really close up there but said it before think this next run of 3 games are crucial for swansea 

run in after that swans have only 2 of top 8 to play- reading and a possibly decisive  massive final day game away to watford 😉

watford- have got cardiff norwich brentford swansea and reading to play (last 2 games brentford and swans should be fun those)

brentford- cardiff bournemouth watford

you have bought the in game editor as said that cant edit competitions

you have to use the pre game editor which comes free with the game I use steam and so it is in the steam library under tools, epic I have no idea you need to ask them how to download

do you have the pre game editor on epic games? you can only edit comps with it and you would need to do it via advanced rules there is a sticky thread by me on how to access AR etc

@flut mate to say what a phenomenal piece of work I usually make a basic skin to suite my own needs but this is just amazing 👍….kudos to you great stuff

Haaland scores  first sight of goal 9 in 6 UCL …sevilla are totally dominating the game and BVB do not deserve this 

its all sevilla corner after corner and haaland is spending more time in own box than where he should be 

dreadful start by BVB at back AGAIN and it could have been 0-1

Burki should be starting IMO he is fit again now good solid keeper far better than Hitz

you can create him yourself if you wish and use in game 

or remove all the other changes in the legends file and use that as long as it was created in current version of editor[if made in older version export file as xml to current editor and just save, that should work]
