Anyone else getting crashes on FM2023 saves on FM2024? Sometimes when I remove things like graphics or even real name fixes I can get past the date. Then it happens again without mods.

 

I have logged a ticket with SEGA/SI but curious if anyone has run into issues. This is the first FM I have not been able to play or mod EVER.

I honest still don't understand EXACTLY what I have to do and replace with what.

 

I can't get TENERIFE home kit to work.

 

Why doesn't it just function as normal? What are the exact steps? I am confused and leading me to links is confusing me more.

Yeh SI don't make enough from selling basically the same game every year. I read that they made 1.4 billion dollars (AUD for me) in the last 10 years alone. (edit it could be as a series not 10 years, i heard they are at 35 million sales, averaging $70 AUD a copy) 

 

Literally threatening to sue people for making mods. Everyone turns off their targeted ads anyway. To think a game you pay for has fricken ads on adboards inside simulated pitches they think actually does anything is literally insane.  

 

They should understand that if we are downloading adboard patches we are also not inclined to buy anything targeted to us to begin with and just want immersion. You shouldn't be controlling what people do with their game, on their computers. Controlling modders is just disgusting. 

 

I honestly don't think they would have a leg to stand on if they sued and no one would be personally liable from your website.  They don't even have grounds on a DMCA takedown or whatever it's called. Mods are transformative work and adboard patch doesn't even use any SI assets, unlike other mods for say Skyrim. That also means people are legally allowed to sell their mods for FM and many mod sites do, like some facepacks are sold for 5 quid.

I made some Napoli kits that match the colours but the kits are my own interpretation and not accurate to Napoli's current kits. 

 

Would you be able to make the real ones ??? Please?

I hope for this too….

Anyone know where I could get the Napoli 3D kit? Sadly SI don't have the rights to that club.

My manager is currently doing a continental PRO license study. Where can I see this on the manager profile screen with 1.5???

 

I can't see it anywhere but on default skin I can see it.

 

Also why did you remove the condition % on match screens?

Also since the new FM update, when you hover over multiple conditions of a player like “wnt” “unh” etc with the mouse, it just vanishes. This is during the squad view btw.

what happened to % for fitness during the match?

Hi there.

I have installed this mod, but I have an issue with Stuttgart.

When I play my games, behind the Mercedes Benz adboards there is a weird white/red blurry adboards with nothing on them.

The same happens during home games even in the Champions League.

How can I fix this? I would like to have UCL specific adboards and something better than white/red blurry adboards during all other games.

Update : I also noticed another bug with this mod installed. When any team scores, the crowd is now delayed in their reaction. So say someone scores, before the crowd would almost instantly jump in joy. Now there is a good 3-5 second delay before the crowd begins jumping up and down. Why is this?!?

Also I want to apologise if we got off on the wrong foot. I am just a passionate kind of guy and sometimes I let my emotions get the better of me. I just want to fight what I think is best for everyone and I get a little frustrated when I think people aren't on board with a "team" mind set. I think it's because of my time with the Australian Defence in my early 20's.

If people are having weird issues that wannachupbrew is not experiencing, try deleting your cache. This can be done via the preferences for the skin, in game.

I am trying to remove the referee Pier Luigi Collina from the match view. I added the attachment of the picture I am trying to remove. I found my own default looking referee to replace it, but when I put the picture in the game (same name, type etc) it still shows Collina. I have removed cache and restarted the game.

Is this picture located in other places that I am not aware of?

I just want to add that this is only for personal use and I have no intention of releasing any updates to your mod. Others please do not keep messaging me about it! Thank you!!

You did insult me, albeit inadvertently. You basically slapped back my feedback straight back into my face.

Let's get this straight, as you so eloquently put. I never asked for anything, I just gave you my personal feedback from using your mod. You just replied "fix it yourself" and "it's my mod, I do it for myself." I did politely give you constructive feedback, and if you re-read what you wrote, you never said anything about "asking politely and people will help".

No one ever said you make money doing this, I know exactly how it works (modding that is) and I have even tested for SI and didn't get a dollar nor did I even get a copy of the game. I also mod a lot for other games so I know the slave work people do, with little return. I even offered (without you asking me of course) my help to beta test for you, so that you could iron out any issues people would bring up. I spent a good couple of hours testing every screen out and making feedback for you. I guess I am a top bloke too?

Even if you made the mod for yourself and ultimately you do what you want on it, you still are sharing it with others and releasing it to the public and part n' parcel comes feedback. Some negative and insulting, some positive - and very rarely do people spend time giving CONSTRUCTIVE feedback as I did.

At the end of the day you ARE producing a mod for everyone, and please don't stroke your ego saying you are a top bloke. A top bloke would have said "okay thanks for the feedback I will look into it", not get emotionally hurt and throw back the constructive feedback on ones face.

I don't want to start a flame war or anything - but I am saddened how things turned out, not only from your new version of your mod, but my lost of respect for you in the way that you handled my feedback.

I hope you enjoy the flurry of negative comments with the premise of what I pinned out in my earlier post. There will be a lot for you to ponder.

It is a shame you refuse to take my opinions on board and that of others. It doesn't matter if the skin is good for "you", if you are producing a mod for people and not yourself. It is so insulting just telling people "its good for me, just change it yourself". It is just a kick in the teeth for people who have supported you and your mod over this period. We just want to make it better for everyone, not just ourselves and we took our time to test things and report back what we feel is not an improvement.

If you really think the new player profile screens are better, then you probably should stop making mods for other people and make them just for your own personal use, especially with that very negative comment you posted which to be fair, was rather insulting to me and probably others who are trying to help you with constructive feedback.

I am much aggrieved after what I have read from you and whilst I never meant to offend you, I had to help with feedback. It is clear that you are easily offended with feedback, but why would we bother saying "great work it's perfect", when it's not. Sometimes people need to hear things that might initially hurt their feelings, but only for the benefit of others. Your reply just sound very selfish, and I am sure others might feel the same way.

In regards to the "Im in Australia, so the default gets Australian stuff" comment. I am from Australia too, and as I stated I love the new Fox Sports 505 icons. However, as I am not a selfish kind of guy, I was worried what others might think. I have Foxtel at home and when I saw it I was really happy....but I know that a European default would be far better, as the bulk of gamers come from there. I would suggest maybe making a small tutorial to help people change things themselves, not everyone knows HTML or how the game works.

Look, I appreciate the effort that has gone into V2, but there is something just "not right" about it. I hope my feedback does not discourage you, and is only intended to help you improve it.

I play with 1080p and I have used V1.9 since day one of my FM2015 gaming. I found almost nothing wrong with 1.9, apart from things like the "favourite personell" tab being messy and not lined up.

Here are some of the things I find difficult to play with for V2.

- The fonts seem bulky and less bold than the previous skin, making the text almost blend in with the default background.
- Every time I load up the game, it forgets the setting and background I want. I want 80% background, but it defaults to a 10% background making everything hard to read.
- The personal information screen is a COMPLETE MESS. It was far better in 1.9. All you needed to do for v2 was make the favourite personnel line up.
- Scout report on the player profile is all thin and squished together and scout info overlaps. Some how player profile screen is worse in 2 as it was in 1.9.
- Text seems vertically stretched in many instances, making it very hard on my eyes.
- I really dislike the Club page. I preferred the way captains and key players were displayed prior in v1.9. In fact I prefer 1.9 any day of the week.
- During the match, you have a picture of Pier Luigi Collina as the ref when a call is made. Not only is the picture stretched, it is totally out of place as an icon. (This was an issue with 1.9 as well). It would be better to just replace that icon with a big whistle or just a generic referee logo. Collina retired a long time ago and it is also odd when he is whistling, when someone else is reffing.


Here are some of the things I like.

- I like the inbox screen, the info is presented far clearer, especially the left panel with the email titles.
- tactics screen is much larger and easier to see, but unfortunately, it still has that sense of it being vertically stretched, especially the pitch.
- team report graphics look better
- individual training screen has a lot more info, but on the verge of being info overload....it is good however that I can easily see preferred moves being trained etc.
- Board and Finance pages seem easier to read with 2.0
- I like the new logos when playing the match (ie Fox Sports), but I don't think everyone has the Australian 505 channel on Fox. I think you used to have Sky before, and I think that suited better, even though I do like how the new one looks. It only it were possible to have a different logo for the correct leage you are managing.

That is all I can think of right now....

I love your skin, but it is very rough at the moment and I hope you take these things into account. If you like, I could help you BETA test it as I was a tester for SI in the past, though I don't have any HTML skills....

I am playing at 1920x1080 and still see the issue.

I am really looking forward to an update on this skin. I especially would love to see the personal information tab cleaned up a bit to display the favorite staff/players better. Also the scout names on the pane where you see the player info and the scouted pro's and cons.

Other than that, the skin is really nice.

I know you are busy on other projects, but I would really appreciate if those things were fixed up some time sooner than later, as they seem easy to fix (I am guessing). Sadly I have no idea how to do it!

I really love your skin, but I am wondering if you will update it any time soon? For me it's nearly perfect, just a few things here and there need to be polished up.

If you aren't working on any further updates, I still want to thank you for the work done. I tried about 20 or so skins and the only ones that I liked were yours and the default skin. All other modders and skin creators used poor decisions here and there with their layout, but yours had a balance of eye candy and usability.
