#694276 I can't apply the data update on Mac

I have downloaded and extracted the files. I just can't find the right spot/folder to move them into. A “Sports Interactive” folder doesn't exist in the “Documents” folder. It's as if FM isn't downloaded on my computer and only on Steam. I don't know if that's even possible. Any help would be massively appreciated.
