You can use the offensive when you play home, and against very weak teams, use the Control against a lot better teams Home and same strenght teams away.. And use counter(defensive) against very good teams away.
But, as some ppl say, better defence is to attack! When I tried to use the offensive one in very difficult matches I got good result... You have to try it your self and see your teams + & - and work it this way, in normal(control) and defensive(counter) you can alter the Strikers role to match it with your needs!

About the striker, Zan, if you want try him with Poacher role in each version of the tactic (off,def and control)
But the 4-1-2-2-1 is based in its wingers.. You dont need tragical finishing to your wingers... With Nottm Forest, Abdoun has 9 finishing if i remember it right and he was my 2nd scorer, after my Poacher striker

@Daniel, the font I use is not the Comic Sans, but I can give you a help how to change easy the font on your own!
Go to skin folder > fonts, you will see a font called > "helveticaneueots.otf"
Find a font that suits to you. Then rename the original helveticaneueots.otf to something else, paste your skin in the folder and rename it to "helveticaneueots.otf"... Clear cache, Reload skin and you are ready!

I play with small res. too 1366x768, i play with 75% zoom also, but I never had a font problem..

I hate instant result button in FM full mode because there is no subs being, also you cannot create game plan or whatever.. Just try to go on vocations for one day and let your assistand to do the work for you, it works great to me aswell, he makes subs as a result not so match low fitness and not so much injuries!
