@Chaz9W, in addition to what @KOCIE told you elsewhere, keep in mind that the face should be straight-on, rather than slanting or at angle; i.e. the eyes are ideally in a straight line and parallel to the top or bottom of the cut. Here's a video on what I mean:

@Chaz9W, can we have the original source image without the background removed from this one please, so that it can be recut? Your effort had jagged edges and was cropped too far beneath and too far above the face.

@Chaz9W, current cut is recent and he looks essentially identical, with the exception of the face not being half shrouded in shadow. This is therefore not an improvement and not worth requesting, let alone cutting, as per the guidelines:

If you are requesting an image for a person who already has a cut in the megapack, please make sure that the source you are uploading will produce an improvement. We don't consider a newer image to be automatically an improvement since we also take quality of source and cut into consideration. If the current megapack cut is recent and similar in look (check on his/her timeline before uploading an image), there is little added value in cutting another source for the person. Just because a source image is more recent than that in the MP does not automatically mean it's an improvement. It's better to have a slightly older image in the MP if it is of better quality. Ask yourself, is it really an improvement to the existing MP image? If it's the same face and hairstyle with just this season's new kit, it's probably just an alternative. Please keep in mind that we have a limited number of cutters and hundreds of thousands of images in the megapack, so we can't update them every few months or so.

@Chaz9W, for future reference, when you have a lot of images to upload, then you should upload them as a pack instead of individually and save the both of us some time.
You can also upload up to 50 images per pack instead of just a maximum of 5 when done individually.
