you don't have enough coaches, that is what is causing that problem. the workload of the fitness coach is high which means that he does not have enough time to give individual players enough attention, you can fix this by hiring more coaches. go to the training screen and click on coaches, on the bottom of the screen you can see the workload of the coaches, it ranges from light, average, heavy. it is likely that you only have one fitness coach which is why his workload is high, you can fix this by hiring another fitness coach to share the workload.

are his wages 71k a week or a month, if they are 71k a week then you are paying less then his weekly wage, 210k a month is 52.5k a week...

ouch, a bit of a reality check against juventus, still you did well to qualify for it. you can still get europa league football for next season if you get some wins in the last 8 games. looks like chelsea are on course for a 7th consecutive prem

I think it should, although you won't have any control over any future transfers they set up.

the only thing is, won't it simulate transfers that happen in the summer window, only the january window will be shut?

You need to start with a League loaded like Brazil - as well as England - that starts in December, that way if you have the start date as December and "first window transfers" off, in theory the first window should be the January one.
Just holiday until the summer and Bob's your uncle mush.

thats a good idea, only one way to find out if it works, i'll give it a try...

not much progress being made in terms of league position it seems, must be frustrating, time to re-evaluate your tactics perhaps. i think your a bit lucky to keep your job after that 15th place finish, could easily of been sacked for that

what were the board expectations for the season? that doesn't look like a squad that is capable of finishing 5th in la liga so i would say they probably overachieved the previous season, it looks like a mid table squad to me. when you don't have top players your tactics need to be spot on, i think fm16 is harder when it comes to tactics, by the way why did you have so many unregistered players in your squad?

Hello guys, I have always thought that it was unrealistic to start the game with transfer budgets enabled, but at the same time it is not ideal to have to go through the season with a squad that doesn't suit your tactics. I am a man utd fan and the club signed a lot of players over the summer, most of them don't fit into my tactics but I can't get rid of them because they only just joined, so I had the idea to holiday the first season, that way I can get rid of the players that were signed in summer 2015 and adjust the squad to my own likeing. Also if the club you support just hired a new manager it is not realistic for them to immediately sack that guy and give you the job, so holidaying the first season can make the game more realistic, I am wondering if anyone else has had the idea to do this. The only problem is, when I take over in summer 2016 I want all the squads to be the same as they were at the end of the January window in real life. I know I can disable first window budgets but I want to do that for the January window as well, is there any way to do this? The only thing I can think of is to give every club a transfer ban in the editor, is there an easier way to do it that is not as time consuming?

i brought david villa from valencia to man utd in a previous FM game for a ridiculous amount of money, he was an incredible player at that time and i thought he would destroy the league but he just didn't adapt to the premier league at all, he was like soldado at spurs, couldn't hit a cows backside with a banjo, i had to move him to the bench eventually as he was costing me points. it was a very expensive installments deal so it majorly hampered me in future transfer windows as i was still paying it off, all told it was a disaster of a signing.
#279836 How to keep interest in a save?

it helps to keep you interested if you are managing the club you support in real life, i also get a lot of satisfaction out of building a really successful tactic that plays the style of football i like, if you don't enjoy watching your team play then it is not much fun. i also find it fun to start out at a small club and do well enough to get a job at a bigger club, eventually ending up at one of the top clubs and then international management. sometimes it is good to take some time off from a save, eventually you get the urge to start playing it again. i don't know if you have tried a european super league database but that is very interesting, i created my own one but there is probably some online, basically all the top clubs in the world within the top 3 leagues of a country, you get some quite unpredictable stuff happening. there are some very interesting custom databases out there, maybe you should take a look at that.

yeah i agree with this, sometimes big clubs make transfers that don't make any sense where you know the player will never get a game. for example in my current game chelsea spent a large amount of money on carlos bacca when they already had costa up front and remy still hanging around, no surprises that he hardly ever played for them and ended up wanting to leave due to lack of game time. they also signed yarmolenko and wellington nem when they already had hazard, willian and cuadrado, all the while they were still plugging away with terry in defence, they didn't sign anyone at centre back to replace terry.

this is another thing i have noticed, sometimes big clubs will neglect a particular position in the squad for ages, sometimes not signing anyone there for years, and end up having to play really old players there, play people out of position or put a youth player there who is not good enough, all while splashing cash in other positions where they are already very strong.
