Is there any chance to open transfer window during all season for FM23 PC version, because of there is a option of  selection on the FM23 Touch at Apple Arcade when I set new career, I can able to check in it. I did not see any skin or patch of about that for PC version ago. I am a newbie of it.

I did not play FM on PC before and I had played it first time on Touch version.  When I played of it on PC It had hapened that similar isue about skipping match simulation for me  because of touch version was a little bit different, then I found instant result skin, and I realized that via similar way it can creatable a button -or cotrollable a period of date- for transfer window.

I think it will be usefull for the newbie players like me, if there any way of doing that. If I getting help of anyone, I will be grateful for about that. Thanks in advance.
