Does anyone know how to stop your under 21 players training with the first team with an english club, keep getting players unhappy with training as theres 40/50 players being trained at the same time, sometimes move players to the under 18 squad but there must be an easier way than that?

I like to watch my games in the elevated camera position in 3d mode but every so often the players become bigger than usual and don't fit on my screen properly, for instance a cross can come in and my player heads it in but the only way i can tell its a goal is the flashing commentary text because the goal mouth doesnt fit into my screen!
Anyone else had any similar problems?
the only other thing ive had graphic wise is finding it hard to track the ball cause of the size/colour, any modifications for this?

Im celtic and noticed that when i go to arrange a pre season tour it only lets me choose ireland or the north of ireland, does anybody know how to change this?
