According to your screenshot, you did get a file named tempconfig.xml, which you tried to open it with a web browser.

Most logo packs have their own discussion pages, so simply go there and see if anyone has reported so.

• Do you mean… the same file or many files?
• Happens at a specific file hosting services, e.g. Get Files, DepositFiles?
• Try using other web browsers?
• Try using other programs to extract the archives?
• Try downloading other logo packs? Same issue?
• Does that mean… other graphics add-ons are alright, e.g. kits and facepacks?

No, I don't see it as a problem at all. I prefer clicking on the file to start downloading than having it run automatically… just feel more in control and a bit safer.

Well, I doubt that any file hosting services, like Get Files or DepositFiles, would allow that to happen. They want you to enter the page, so they can show you ads, invite you to register, and beg you to pay and become an VIP… 

The file hosting services ask you to spare a minute, so they can (try to) give you a little impression, while you're waiting for the download to start. On the other hand, if you download the file straight from here, I guess you'd forget the name of the file hosting service… before the download finishes. 

It's just business and marketing.

If you need assistance, then better put your question or some keywords in the title of the post. This way, it can give you a greater chance to reach people, who have the knowledge and relevant experience to see it. Not really… Mine is always “C:\Users\<USERNAME>\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 20xx\skins”, and it works for years. 

Basically, all you need to do is to locate the folder that the game creates for you inside “Documents”, and that may vary according to your login. Save games and third-party stuff, such as graphics addons, tactics, filters, views,… are all there.

Graphics stuff are basically images, which are kind of universal for years. On the other hand, skins are related to the UI, which may be changed across versions. 

Anyway, assume that you've FM23 on your computer, just do an experiment: Download a file or two, and test if things work. Then, you've the answer in 15 minutes.

OK, I see… In “URAN Ultra Realistic Newgan Faces”, the folders are in the form of “players” > “male” > “0”, “1”,… as yours. However, “UltraRealistic NewGAN Cutout-Faces” has the same folder structure as in the video, using “African”, “Asian”,... etc.

You missed the point completely: All these folder names and how deep it goes are never the reasons (EDITED: at least, as in NewGAN Manager). Otherwise, you should see this information (or warning!) mentioned and emphasized in the instructions or video, don't you think? 

He goes all the way to the folder right above “African”, “Asian”,… etc. 

You set it to "AI NEWGEN FACES", and there's still a folder “male” before reaching the level of “African”, “Asian”,… (or “0”, “1”,… in your case)? (According to the screenshots, it seems so…) 

Anyway, hopefully, this is the reason… If you've followed every step correctly, then I don't see what else could go wrong. Are you sure the config.xml file is good?

Yes, it's not ideal… but it's the easiest and simplest way to play with the latest database. When loading up a graphic add-on proves to be a challenge to some people, a simple data update is the safest and less technical… just less hassle this way. 

The date factor… isn't that a big deal, actually. I think many people like counting no. of season (i.e. 1st season, 2nd season,…) instead of which year anyway.

The better step to check is: if it's enabled in the Game Setup, instead of being in the folder or not. 

The difference is: For the former, you “take control” of what's enabled, while you seem to “guess” which may be activated in the latter. 

Well… the skin is recently updated, not necessarily the screenshots. 

By the way, not a bad choice… only a few skins are actively updated.

P.S. Just a little tip: 

Better put your question or some keywords on the subject/title of the post… This way, you're more likely to catch the attention of people who have knowledge in the topic or have experience in the same situation. Titles like “Need Help” isn't very appealing in the sea of posts, not helpful when you desperately need a solution. 

You seem to misunderstand what the files are about, and they don't actually overwrite anything at all. 

If it's the original pack 2025.00, and the updates 2025.01, 2025.02,… then yes, the newer updates would overwrite the older files (if any). 

However, here you're talking about 2025.00.part01, 2025.00.part02,… they're parts as its name suggests, and they together form the entire file 2025.00. This is like page1, page2,… to complete a full document. By the way, there's also information on the download page: “This file has been split into many parts because it's too large. Free file sharing sites have limits on the size of each file…” 

According to your screenshot, the parts seem to be placed into separated folders, and aren't "joined" to become the whole file.
