@Daniel Ewe, if you're going to upload the final cut, there's hardly any point in uploading the source as well. Save yourself the time and effort 😉

Try renaming it so the extensions isn't in CAPS.

When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

Otherwise, follow the steps in this comment and post the results so that we can see what's what.

You must not have the full megapack, I'm afraid. Real Madrid B have a full complement of cuts, as do Real Madrid C.

You should have a little over 539k images in your faces folder, and the filename structure should be face_UID. If neither is the case, I would suggest deleting what you've got so far, and downloading the full 2026.03 megapack - instead of the 2026.00 one you downloaded yesterday evening 😉

You don't have the full megapack, which has over 539,000 cuts. The best way to solve this is to delete what you've got, and download the megapack again from scratch.

Watch this YouTube tutorial video, which should you guide you on the steps you need to follow to install it. It might be for FM24, but the steps are exactly the same.

@Gamatroy, we've spoken before on the need to have collars in every cut. Please make sure to do so in the future 👍

@Yves Martinez, please don't leave packs like this as draft. If you go to this page, it should prompt you to finalise this upload. It's one click, you don't need to do any work at all.

Secondly, you're clearly not understanding the requirement to crop images no more than 2-3 pixels beneath the chin, nudging the collar up when necessary, such as in sources like this.

@malman, a couple of things to keep in mind please.

a) we want the player's face to fill the canvas for the 250px cutout, which would mean cropping the image along these red lines:

At the same time, we want all cuts to include a little bit of collar. Since in some sources like this one, the person in the image may have a longer neck than usual, this would be quite difficult to achieve naturally.

Here's a video of the process on how to nudge the collar upwards:

b) when you have a lot of images to upload, then you should upload them as a pack instead of individually and save the both of us some time.

You can also upload up to 50 images per pack instead of just a maximum of 3 when done individually.

Too low-quality to be worth cutting.

I have not met anyone suffering the same issue, and I'm not aware of anything which could cause this. Can I see a screenshot of all the folders shown in the main post after you have installed this download?

And when you say that the game will not launch, what does that mean?

Not a bad start @James Molyneux, but this photo is stretched horizontally and doesn't have a collar, which is required as per the guidelines. This thread contains guidelines for what we're looking for in our cuts in terms of dimensions, snow, collars, face orientation etc. and video tutorials for each element.

Can you use the upload image function to provide us with the original source image without the background removed so that we can cut it accordingly?

If you want to give it another go yourself, I would recommend using remove.bg, which is a free online tool which removes the background to an excellent standard, for free and almost instantly. Here's a couple of videos on how to use it, one when combined with Photoshop and another using photopea.com, which is a free online app so close to Photoshop that it has the same shortcuts, layout and icons.

If you don't have Photoshop, photopea.com is the tool I would recommend to use to tweak the draft cut produced by remove.bg. It's more powerful and versatile than GIMP and other similar tools.
