A video career like this is still new to me so if you got any idea's on how to improve the videos or this post such as what you want to see screenshots of then let me know. I am trying to make 2 videos a week roughly but they take a bit of time to edit as I am not exactly an easy talker, I just like making videos so any feedback is appreciated.

Got 2 scouts who are the best for the division but still average for a physio, Is it worth getting a second physio? My 2 best players have already been injured!
I'll try find a fitness coach, seems to be a lot more rare than normal coaches in the lower divisions.

I should have enough for 1 coach now and maybe something else but for a lower league team what would you say is the most important to least important? I am with the team for the long run so I am guessing it would be best if I control the younger teams in their matches so should I just ignore hiring someone for youth development and an U20's coach. Also whats the deal with the director of football position. They are like crappy scouts but they can also bring players to the clubs, get better contracts and I think organize friendlies. Would you say they are essential for a lower league team which is trying to grow financially?

Soon as I set up a formation and tactic for crossing and set pieces the set piece taker gets injured and for some reason the team kept passing to the poor guy! Also get to see the Ronald McDonald goalkeeper.
I set instructions to mark and tackle a guy called Obeng, here is a shot of how well they did.
The new assistant manager, had the best stats out of at least 10 applicants and will help out with tactics and ball control training.
Have noticed whipped crosses to the far post is how most of the goals are scored. If you cant beat them, join them.
This may look like a good chance for Grace Town but this is the worst outcome for Grace Town, Spencer Weird Daley NEVER scores in these situations. NEVER.

I do like to make videos so I have recorded my progress so far. These videos are made and released once a week.
I took over Corby FC who have been recently promoted to the Vanarama North division, poor training facilities, poor youth facilities, crappy stadium, budget and more. Good place to start!
The playing squad is as it is in real life but I had to manually place in Eric Yeboah and Harry May who are also in the club but not in-game...
As I have taken control of the club I will be managing it slowly as I will be making videos every 1 or 2 in-game weeks which will be uploaded onto YouTube once a week.
