Maybe it'll work if you load the FM 19 file into FM 2020 pre-game Editor and convert (save) it to FM 2020 file, which you can use in FM 2020?

Here is the Bundesliga at week 10

Great news! I really appreciate your work. The first thing I was looking for the fully released FM 2020 was Real Names etc. fix followed by No Brexit (made it myself in the editor) and then I started looking for a way to find or create these real fizture lists & results. So BIG thanks to you!

P.S. Have you seen Real 19-20 Fixtures for Scottish leagues anywhere? Perhaps no-one's made them yet?

His picture is in the folder and he was showing before i applied today's update - there is no UID for him in my config, are you using today's megapack update?

My bad, I was using the 12.0 Megapack. I hadn't noticed the 12.01 update pack was out. So that must be why he looks okay for me. If it helps, his UID is 85028014 and the line you need in the config.xml file is:
<record from="85028014" to="graphics/pictures/person/85028014/portrait"/>

EDIT: I see Mons already answered and helped with the issue. Cheers for that!

Is Pogba missing in the latest update for anyone else? I have just applied the latest download and now he is blank, similar to Cancelo at City was prior to this update?

I just searched him in my facepack folder and found both his photo and a line matching his ID number in the config. It's possible that I haven't yet clicked his profile in FM 2020 while playing the game, but there's no reason why his picture should not appear...
(I'm using the latest megapack by the way.)
#501975 [FM20] Unlock Japanese Club Overview Panel Skin

Hi! And "arigato gozaimasu Dosukoi-san" for your work and for the much-needed way to finally unlock Japanese clubs' overviews!

I was just wondering will a new file version that unlocks Japanese clubs be required now (and perhaps after the full release of FM 20), since a recent update seems to have overwritten the skin.fmf that I had placed in my Football Manager 2020\data\game\ folder?

I don't know what they changed in the new skin.fmf, but I'm afraid to use the skin.fmf edited by you now, thinking it might cause some problems, stability-wise or otherwise, in the updated version of the game.

Would it please be possible for you to add/insert the unlocking of Japanese clubs' overviews into the newest skin.fmf, so that all the other possible advantages of the latest official file version would still remain available?

is there anything going to be different in the 2020 one?

I assume some logos will be updated and also some logos will have different UID numbers, because few clubs in FM 2020 have had their UIDs changed from FM 19.

I'm 48, have early onset mermnory loss, and I'm completely stuck using a Mac (never used one before). I'm fine up to deleting the three decades folders, then it all gets so technical? please someone can they help me or send me a lik to a video I can keep pausing, flicking between the folder and the instruction page is breaking my brain

I use PC, so I wouldn't know how exactly it differes from the Mac version.
Otherwise, I would gladly help.

Hopefully there's someone who is familiar with FM on Mac and who can compile you, or refer you to, an easy step-by-step guide.

So, "we'd be doing so much better result-wise if our fans weren't being so negative and difficult." What a joke! Emery has had plenty of support and I feel there's been understanding from the fans that re-building Arsenal after the Wenger era would take time.
But if a team and its manager cannot be criticised for their inconsistancy, uneffectiveness and inability to switch things around and make match-changing tactical alterations, then I suppose it's fair to shift the blame on the fans, somehow.

I wonder if it has to do with the game being beta, but I've found that some underdogs I'd be interested to manage have an over-ambitious board, which deters me from taking the job and makes me instantly look for a less stressful working environment.
Example: Leyton Orient have just made it back into Football League Two and are tipped to end up last by the media and pundits. I am eager to prove them wrong and as I'm about to shake hands with the chairman they go: "So Tommy, we are in agreement that playoff spot is minimum this year, right?" I excuse myself, lock the restroom door after me, splash some water on my face, keep calm and panic. Fortunately there's a big enough window high up the wall, leading to the parking area.
I gracefully fall on a bed of flowers, dust myself off and make it off in my trusty old VW Jetta. Back home the missus and my daughter greet me at the door. My wife excitedly asks me how the job interview went. I shrug. "Eh, it just wasn't meant to be."

Every now and then I notice a cut that has that little "extra". My current favourite is Bobby Bennett from Arsenal

There will always be ways around it but my big worry is if SI make the game impossible to accept any logos , kits or faces. Would completely ruin the game for me and thousands of others.

Right, it's like a fictional Sunday League Football Manager Simulator from then on - I mean you can always imagine you're managing Liverpool, United or Arsenal in the game you paid for, although you're not. Just like you attached four little twigs to a pinecone as a four-year-old and pretended it was a sheep or cow. You're in charge of a fake club with fake kits, random fake logo and, I suppose, soon enough only random players.

The essence of football really is waning because the things we love are turned into nothing but business. Sports used to be part culture and part business/livelyhood. Nowadays its very soul is been rooted out to make space for maximised profits.

We can't all (most of us) be real pro players or managers and, apparently, no longer can we even dream or simulate what it would be like, because of copyrights (=money & greed & poorly implemented laws and regulations).

This would totally ruin the immersion for me as well. I cannot see myself managing fake clubs with horrible default logos etc. Next thing we know national football associations or some other parties with "rightful ownership of this content" (yeah, sure!) are selling their own shoddy, over-priced logo packs to us like they were DLC's in Fallout bloody 76. Utterly disgusting.

Okay don't cancel friendlies I guess.. suppose we're not playing on those days everyone gets a holiday because I'm such a nice manager, let's act like it's not a cock up.

Yeah, also why can't I arrange my FT a friendly (either home or away) for the same day when my 2nd team or youth team plays..?
At first I thought they had clowned around big time before I took over and arranged just a bunch of FT friendlies against my own 2nd team and youth team for the entire pre-season. (Because why else would their games show in my FT schedule list?)

I've got bit of a problem. I'd like to start a Beta (and beyond) save with Watford. The issue is, they only seem to have 2 kits available (home & away) but no third kit. The Club Profile screen won't show more than those two despite my starting a new career with the brilliant SortitoutSI-community-made 2D and 3D kits set up properly in my graphics folders.

Now, I also tested the FMSE 20 editor and apparently one cannot add a thrid kit with it, which totally surprised me. It only shows two kits you can edit, not a third one.

Now I'm wondering whether I'm even able to add the missing third kits into my save by using the SI FM 2020 in-game editor (once it's available) or not. If not, Would I be doomed to manage a two-kit club throughout the save or is there any hope for a solution down the road, should I stay on course and start my Watford save?

I was wondering could it be possible to create a season 19-20 real fixture file for FM 20 now already, so it's ready to use when FM 20 beta launches? I don't see why FM 20 would use different fixture list format compared to FM 19, right?
#497155 Don't sell the game in Brazil
Tommy Hughes

I understand the issue of not getting licenses from Brazilian teams, but not selling the game to us is disrespectful.

We would not stop buying the game because of this, because there are many producers of content for fans for free.

And I like to have my games officially, but attitudes like this stimulate piracy in my country, which makes me ashamed.

We would like developer Sports Interactive to think a little more about its players / consumers.

#liketoplayFM19

I feel you, I really do.
I don't know the reason why they cannot sell the game in Brazil, but I'm sure they (Sports Interactive & SEGA) gladly would, because they would surely welcome the money gained for selling the game to Brazilians. And to think Brazil of all footballing countries is denied this specific Football game?! It sounds just awful, but like I said, I don't know the reasons behind it.

Do you know if this is the first Football Manager game that isn't available in Brazil or have there been any others like this before?

Anyway, hopefully things will change - and hopefully very soon.

You have my sympathy and best wishes, mate!

These all look incredible but how do I put them into my game sorry?

Hi!
I think rabcp only releases new patches every once-in-a-while, for example when they've finished all the adboards of a particular league. These updates are just meant to show what they've got done and what' s still left to do.

If you download the most recent update along with the previous ones, you'll still get last year's English Premier League boards, this season's La Liga ad boards and a lot more. (Check page 8 for patch 1.2 information.)

Also, see the first page for instructions on how to install the updates (each one on top of each other: base version 1.0, then 1.1 and then 1.2 last.)

If you bought the Steam version, then there's no need for Google Stadia. It's just an alternative platform for FM 2020.

I agree. I really hope the new 3D kits will be easy to customise and save our great kitmakers some time and trouble. Making a new kit template with unmoddable textures, regardless of potentially beautiful creases and draping effects, would be an awful move from SI.
Being able to customise and create community content on pretty much every aspect of the game, is a huge part of the Football Manager magic, at least for me.

@Obyt14 and @Tommy Hughes, I can see where MMXX is coming from in a lot of his proposals and I certainly don't think it's fair to say they're plain awful. But generally speaking, I prefer to have words rather than acronyms as short names and that is something I intend to keep in place in the file unless unavoidable

Good to hear. Also, thank you for all your work on the wonderful Real Names etc. Fix file!

Most of these short names are just plain awful! I hope this does not make the file!

While I do appreciate the contributions from MMXX, I have to agree that some of these short names sound pretty bad in terms of simplicity and, above all, clarity.
Examples: I prefer Lyon over OL, Marseille over OM, Troyes over ESTAC, Nurnberg over FCN, Dijon over DFCO, Karlsruhe over KSC etc.
That is simply because, despite following these leagues in relation to Football Manager since season 99-00 (it was Campionship Manager back then), those new abbreviations are totally unrecognisable to me. And I wouldn't want to spend time finding out or quessing a team in question and the league it belongs to in FM, when I can have a quick glance and see it's Dijon or Karlsruhe or Marseille etc. No offense, really, just critique.
