FM26 was just updated, this will need to be updated before it can work with the latest version.

Are you talking about FM24 or FM26 it looks like you downloaded both updates?

Can you screenshot your “editor data” folder?

I don't have personal knowledge of this league or the time to investigate, please just accept Club Almagro on this one even if you disagree, if two people disagree it's not worth the pain of the fight, unless it's a frequent occurrence.

Hmm I think it is probably the staff status, I need to look into this more, it's on my todo list for tomorrow

@Bryan Cheetham  I have some recollection of this being a problem before and being fixed, thanks for reporting i'll look into why it may have reoccured.

It's right in the middle of your screenshot inbetween the green box and grey box.

What do you mean “can't be connected to womens teams?" Are you reporting a bug with our data update submission system or with FM itself?

I tried googling “Craig Dale” and “Daniel Sheehan” but can't find what you're talking about. Can you make a submission with links (unless of course there is a bug in which case please describe it).

This is for the new players that are added to the data update. If you're using the data update then you need it for those players faces, if you're not then you don't.

Obviously the post was written a few months ago now. You should just download the latest complete pack at the time of writing that is 2026.02.

You should make sure not to have any other versions of the pack installed when doing this reset.

I asked you to post a specific thread in the data update forum detailing the issues and you haven't. Please do so.

Just randomly telling me to disable it without explaining what's happening is not helpful.

To be clear Susie Bot made 50,000 changes for FM24, if you're sure that the majority of those changes are bad and we should therefore remove it completely and require that humans make those 50,000 changes instead then please provide that evidence in the post that you make.

I've made a number of changes today which will either be live already if you pay for the enhanced version or go live in tonights update if you are using the free daily one.

Creating new Owners/Chairman

I haven't made any efforts to create non players such as club owners in FM24. I can add it to the todo list but I haven't seen it as a priority.

Saudi Owners being coaches

I'm not 100% sure how to handle Saudi owners being able to be hired as coaches. I guess I should do a check and if they have a board room job and set to retired if they have no attached club.

In terms of “random” I can't tell which ones you're referring to as “random”?

I've just made some changes that may have affected upto 80,000 backroom staff including  Tom Wagner

Craig Gardner is definitely listed as technical director.

Removed board members e.g. Chinese owners

Thanks for the report this is on my todo list but I haven't gotten to it yet, i'll try and get to it today.

@Allan Kane there's no need to message Dan the level 20 database works, i've just downloaded it and tested it as shown below.

One of your other files is interfering, the only way for you to figure out which one is to turn them all off and turn them on one by one.

Sorry that that is a chore but that's more down to the tools that SI provide.

However you can't just provide a screenshot of a hundred files and ask us to guess.

You can test that it's working yourself by choosing just that one file.

@Allan Kane you've clearly unticked our England update and replaced it with a Level 20 English database, you will have to ask for support from the author of the level 20 DB. 

Your only other option would be remove them all and then slowly add them again one by one until you see the error, that way you'll know what file caused it.
