#61553 Cut-Out Faces Megapack TECHNICAL SUPPORT thread - please read first post before posting

Rowan or any other staff members, could you please help me sort out this problem I have been having. I have downloaded the logos, kits, all of which are working perfectly. However, I also downloaded the Megapack Faces 5.4 and the faces are just not appearing in the game. I believe I have put them in the correct directory but they just won't appear!

Could one of you please help me via TeamViewer as I paid for the benefits of being a premium member, and at the moment the faces are not working
