I assumed that the email in the paypal account was the same as the sortioutsi account. Turns out I do have another account and the premium subscription is in that other account!
So problem solved! Thanks!

I just started playing FM21 and was about do download the facepacks and databases, but when I went to actually download them, I couldn't do it trough the premium membership option.
The problem is I've been subscribing since july of 2020 and once the membership is yearly I should still be able to download the items through the premium membership, right? Can anyone tell me why this happened?
