1) What day/time was this download (if you give me their usernames I can find that out myself I think).

2) What speed where they getting? Chrome reports speeds in KB/s which is different to what ISPs report speeds in when they say you have 10Mbps or whatever. But if you/they can say exactly what the browser says I should be able to work it out.

3) Can they confirm their connection speeds via: http://www.speedtest.net/

As per your discussion with Neilboy, im one of the friends he talked about. Here are the details you requested.

Using Google Chrome and the kb/s download rate varies. Top speed around 433. Im using Sky Broadband. Apple Imac

Speed test results. Download speed 3.76mpbs

Loads of people having the same problem as myself by the looks of it
