So I couldn't get the packs to work- you told me to try downloads through Chrome to prevent them being interrupted but still, nothing will get the skins to load. I have tried numerous different skins and none will show up on the preferences screen.

Hi, me again lol. So I have tried multiple skins, there was already a skins folder within the directory of the game so the downloads were extracted to this folder. I clear the cache, reload skins but it does not detect any new skins in Preferences. I ensure I only try one skin at a time but nothing at all. Any thoughts at all? Thanks.

SO I downloaded the packs through Chrome and clearly, using a different browser and the downloads being interrupted has caused the issue. No idea why but 1 million thank yous, the face and logo pack have worked fully!!
Still having issues with the skins but I will get that sorted. Thank you once again.

Ok so I have checked the logo pack folder and don't even have a clubs folder. I have 247 images of African flags yet the download was well over 1Gb. I have downloaded it twice now with the same sort of result.
The face pack have 250K images but this still seems to be short and I know for a fact that Edgar Davids face is in the pack because when I opened it to check, Davids is one of the first faces and I have him as a coach and there is no face so the image is there but its not being picked up for some reason yet other faces (I am playing Danish leagues) and have a lot of the faces.
Megapacks has a 'faces' folder and 'icon faces'. I can see a config doc in the icon faces but not 'faces'. Skins also has multiple config docs. Pics attached..

The face pack seems full, hundreds of thousands of images. The face pack does seem to have worked, its all the other packs that don't. Logo file is really big without doubt so I definitely have the full files.
Even the skins aren't being detected.
No I downloaded everything through this site.

Yeah that is what is driving me crazy. I cannot see any logical reason why this won't pick the files up. I haven't changed the data folder at all as far as I know. I don't know even where that is.

I have a newly built PC and fired up FM20 the other day for the first time, paid my fees to SortItOut and proceeded to download my packs. Now the face pack seems to have worked okay although there are still more black, blank outlines than I expected but I also had a few skins, logo packs, kits etc and none are loading into the game.
I have the SI- FM2020-Graphics folders and extract the .RAR files straight into the 'graphics' folder. The backgrounds don't change, no matter what skin I have added, the game doesnt pick it up so the dropdown menu just gives me the usual 3 FM skins... I have done the 'clear cache', reload skins thing but nothing is working. I deleted everything, downloaded again and still nothing. I am baffled to say the least. Any thoughts?
