Hi Parsing Error has not gone away, first time i have experienced this issue previously had 14.03 installed now installed 14.04 what would you suggest ?

unfortunately I do not have a boot folder, or if I do not sure where to find.. hence asking the question how do you correctly install file into correct directory to work thanks for your help though.
