I'm pretty sure Kane has outscored Griezmann and Neymar over the last 3 seasons so if we really are serious about winning the league over the next few years then Levy will give Kane all the £££ he wants and tell Woodward and anyone else interested to get fucked. Pointless selling because there is nobody out there as good as or better than him that we could attract.

Yet another 4-0 win over Stoke, that's three in a row now. I was at the game and they were total crap throughout, can't really think of a positive thing to say about them to be honest. Their entire midfield did a sunday league standard job of protecting the defence. I might be being a bit harsh on the pub players there though because they have smaller waists and more teeth than Charlie Adam. Who would've thought playing on the counter with the super speedy Crouch, Whelan & Adam wouldn't have worked?

Anyone been playing the Ghost Recon Wildlands beta? I've quite enjoyed it so far although I thought the same of The Division beta this time last year and look how downhill that went.

Fucking hell this is shit, can't even beat a mid table Belgian team. Do well to finish in the top half next season if we do end up playing at Wembley.

Harry Redknapp: "Tottenham will go on and win the Premier League in the next three or four years." and then he says "If you said to me 'go and manage any team you want', I would take Tottenham's best XI."

I think he has actually lost it.

Can't see any cupsets happening this round

Hope I'm wrong (as usual!).

Can see us losing to Fulham to be honest, we've been shite ever since the 4-0 win over West Brom.

I've never seen Spurs so disorganized at the back, woeful performance by them tonight. Shows the impact that Danny Rose brings to the team at LB.

We were pretty crap against Man City, Monaco and Leverkusen as well.

Problem at LB wasn't down to Danny Rose missing, more like whoever was supposed to be playing in front of Davies decided to go walk about for the whole game and left him exposed.

I thought Pochettino was pretty naive to think we could just turn up at Liverpool and play our normal game. If you want to beat Liverpool your best shot is to let them have the ball and hit them on the counter.

I expected Napoli to win tonight, but not like that!

14 goals and 4 assists in Dries Mertens last 10 games. Unreal.

This has got 1-0 Middlesborough written all over it.

EDIT: Of course we score right after I say that.

Pisses me off when teams do what we're doing today. Just play your best team, get the game won and then take them off. Playing backup players that rarely play as a team does nothing other than motivate the opposition.

Karren Brady talking bollocks again. Maybe if she spent less time worrying about how Harry Kane worded a tweet and more time teaching Payet what 'Loyalty' and 'Commitment' mean then that sack of shit club might not be as laughable as they already are.

Was only a matter of time until that happened. Don't blame Payet for wanting out of that shit hole, but he could go about it in a better way.

Played 27 games in the end. I'd say about 90% of the goals I scored and conceded were complete bullshit, either a lucky deflection or a keeper going full retard. I definitely need better players but I'm terrible at saving up coins and aren't rich enough to waste loads of real money on packs.

It gets worse though, he ended up saying that Thierry Henry should get the Hull job despite moaning about British managers being overlooked. Merson is actually worse than Robbie Savage.

I did it the one weekend I was scheduled off work.. Trust me, it's not good for your stress levels.

They have extended it now to Friday 7am till Monday 7am, but still feels like an absolute grind

Pretty much. Lost a game just now to a goal that got 4 fucking deflections, considered scissor kicking the television off the table.

Just played 9 games and all but 1 of them was against someone with Vardy and/or Musa up front. It gets boring quite quickly playing against almost the exact same team every game.

We totally deserved that last night. Was good to see that Pochettino has a plan B that works and that the players have matured since the attempted murders of the Chelsea squad at Stamford Bridge last season. Kane barely had a touch all game because he was being marked out of it. He realised that though and pulled Luiz all over the place leaving space for Alli to come into and exploit. If you pause it just as Alli is heading both goals, you can see that the nearest defenders to him are Azpilicueta and Moses, not Luiz and Cahill who would've done better in the air against him. Wanyama has been excellent this season, I wasn't too sure about whether he would really add anything other that a bit of depth to the squad when he signed but he has been one of the signings of the season. A bargain at £11m. Hopefully we can keep this good form up because we'll certainly need to with away games at Man City and Liverpool in the next 5 fixtures.

Classy Portsmouth fans. Apparently they were shouting abuse and singing "You're going home in an ambulance" after a Luton player broke his leg and then the ref booked him for hitting the floor in frustration/pain. Even Mike Dean isn't that much of a wanker, probably.
