After download the torrent file, I have one rar file and when extracting ask me again for replace files.
So the number of files still around 156k.
We have to wait I guess.

If you have the Steam beta version, you should have this folders:
You have to change the username (the bold text)
If you do not know what is your username on the system do this:
In the Finder, click the Go menu in the menu bar, then choose Go to Folder and type /Users/, then click Go.
After that, you should have one folder with the Home icon.
For example this folder with home icon says Gavilar then the path in your case is:
You can even try like this:
And open data, db and 1500 manually.

The 2015.1 torrent also have the same "problem".

I have one question.
After download the latest 2015.1 Complete Pack with 9 parts that have 4.05GB I have one "problem" to extract.
Both 7zip and WinRar ask me to replace files and the total of files after that is 156 528 instead of 175 823.
Extract as new empty folder should not ask me to replace files, I guess.
What did I do wrong?

How can you go to this folder?
In the Finder, click the Go menu in the menu bar, then choose Go to Folder and type the folder pathname, then click Go.
PS: Change username for your username.

I have two questions:
1. Did I have to start a new save game every time you make a update to this?
Eg: Today I start with this file, If you release a new one in December, did I have to start all over again?
2. And what about new FM updates? Start all over again, or it will be fine?
