The only thing I'd recommend is to crop the cut 2-3 pixels below the chin. You appear to have cropped it exactly on the chin or possibly a pixel or two above. Otherwise, it's great

@LGalassi, I've re-opened it because I'm sure a better cut can be done using this very good source

@LGalassi, I'm afraid this one isn't as good as the source deserves so I'm re-opening it. If you want to give cutting a go, have a look at the guidelines in this thread. A cut from a source like this can easily be 250x250 and there should be only 2-3 pixels beneath the chin, for instance.

If you want to, since you're still starting out, before uploading a cut as a completed cut, post it in the comments, asking for feedback
