This download does not edit kit colours and, I've just checked, the only two Brazilian names edited are Grêmio Osasco Audax EC and Clube Atlético Pernambucano.

I suspect that there is a mistake in either the pr0 files and/or the South American leagues. To change the kit colour and the club name, just open the pre-game editor, load each editor data file and check which of the files contains the errors - and amend them accordingly.
