@mons I don't believe this is an improvement. I get that his looks have changed since the last cut, but I would rather wait until a better source from a pre-season photoshoot comes around and cutting than one than adding this.

@krissmed, this image, and this one are both from 2013, so not worth cutting frankly since the current cuts are much more recent.

@julkjulk, please try to avoid requesting sources as old as this if the current cuts are more recent and of a good quality. Also, most of the rest of this request pack are all cut from the same sources, just in 180x. When we have so many images to deal with, it's better to avoid requesting the same sources just to have them cut in 250x so as to use cutters' limited time more effectively. If you want to cut them yourself, go ahead and upload them, but don't take up other cutters' time for it.

I've already cut them, so I can upload them and you can decide If you want them or not

I really don't understand the decision making with some of these cut outs. This is in no way shape or form an improvement, if anything it looks so much worse because of how zoomed out it is to accommodate his hair, especially when it's alongside other players' faces.

The facepack is meant to represent what players looks like. That means we must include the latest image when there is a noticable change in hairstyle or facial hair. If we don't do that, the pack would quickly be outdated.

In instances like this, where the hair is quite large, we have to zoom out to accommodate that. Same goes for people with long beard. I agree that it looks worse when it's zoomed out, but we don't choose his hairstyle ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I have many problems with using “online database”.
Anyone else have same issues?

This isn't currently possible as far as i know. Maybe something you could look at @Footygamer. If you want to go to a team's profile for previous fm version, you can manually search for the team in “search FM database” and when you click on the team, you can select FM version dating back to FM14
Not possible neither, as far as i know. Again, manually search for the player/staff and you can go to his profile.
I don't know if this is on purpose or a bug, @Footygamer can probably answer that.

If you find anything else you would like to change or a bug, report it here 🙂

Hi everyone !

Quick question : I have an almost perfect regen striker, whose only flaw is that he has the “Comes deep to get ball” trait, when I would prefer him to try to beat the offside trap to benefit from his outstanding speed and off the ball stats. Of course, these two traits are mutually exclusive, so I tried several times now to unlearn it, using different coaches, without success. Each time, the coaches would tell me beforehand that it had a low chance of success.

Will I ever be able to get rid of it, or is it a lost cause ?

The only way you can get rid of it is to unlearn it, so if that isn't working, I believe it's a lost cause :-/

@12345cieza Try to include the whole beard in sources like this. It's fine to crop a bit of it away if it's crazy long. If you're unsure of whether to crop it away or not, just make two cuts, one with the whole hair/beard, one where it's cropped.

Also, make sure to view the cut on a dark background to make sure there's no snow before uploading. Especially when you're dealing with sources with a lot of hair detail like this one.

I agree that autocutters usually are terrible, but not remove.bg. I use it for all my cuts. Remove.bg is the most effective and best way to cut images. It save you a lot of time compared to manual cutting, which mean that you can get a lot more sources cut in the same amount of time.

@janedwinssen Are you using remove.bg to cut the image? It seems like the hair has lost a lot of detail in the cutting process which isn't uncommon when cutting manually. Also, you can cut much closer to the chin. You need just a 2-3 pixel gap under the chin.
