Definetly not a router problem: tried with three different ones, still 99.7%. @ProphetRaven had my same problems.

Try putting both to a lower number, like 100. I don't think that's what causing the problems but it could be worth a try. And also as I mentioned in my last post try removing all the trackers from the torrent. Usually done by rightclicking the torrent in your client and choosing settings or similar. And also making sure DHT is activated for the specific torrent

Is it possible that group of people isn't connected to a certain tracker and thus can't get what you're seeding? I'm really reaching because my knowledge is limited but I'd rather have them soon since I'm already playing the beta. Thanks for your time although we haven't found a solution yet.

As you can see I'm connecting to multiple seeds just fine.

No sure if you saw my edit. Make sure peer exchange is activated as well. Not quite sure what it's called in qBittorrent.

Hmm, what client are you using? You could try using another client to see if that helps.

Stop your torrent and do ha rehash, see if that helps

Make sure you have DHT activated. I tried downloading the torrent again and I'm connecting to ~20 seeders.
