Figured out a temp solution, go to this link: https://sortitoutsi.net/football-manager-data-update/releases/8 and get the final change before the 11th Nov.

Before anything else, I would like to thank everyone involved in the constant updating and maintaining of the Data Update - it is unbelievable the amount of work you guys put into this!

My question is that there's a file called Player Stat Changes, and I'd like to know how drastic the changes are, or who they affect, etc. I apologise if this has been asked before or if it is explained somwhere, I have looked and couldn't find it.

For some teams, like PSG and Zenit, the Captains and Vice-Captains don't seem to have changed. For example, Hulk is still Vice-Captain of Zenit and Zlatan Vice-Captain of PSG.

Am I doing something wrong or does this not change. I've simulated a year in and it still has not changed, so not sure if it's stuck or will eventually change.
