I suggest you use v2 of this file with 16.1 and 16.2, which is probably why you're having issues with some leagues failing to load, since you are using 16.3 files with older databases...

my fm version is 16.3. but it's still not working

i reinstall my fm 16 and there is 1600, 1601 and 1630 folders.
inside all 3 folders there's 1630_fm, 1630_fmc, dbc, edt and lnc files

i only deleted and replaced the dbc, edt and lnc files in the 1630 folder. do i do it for all the other folders too?
or i have to delete the 1630_fm, 1630_fmc folder too

my folder doesn't have 1630 folder

do i have to create one myself and delete 1600 and 1601?

i tried creating my own 1630 folder and followed the instructions.
still no germany national team with the proper players in new and old saves. what can i do?

some country not showing up at the creating screen
